The future industrial treatment of wood will be based on organic preservatives without heavy metals using low pressure impregnation plants.
Moldrup has supplied low pressure impregnation plants since 1978.
3 standard types are offered:
- V10 plants are price attractive simple plants supplied turn-key in 2 units and operational upon being connected, placed in a concentrate foundation and power plugged in.
- V20 plants are sophisticated larger plants that can meet high demands with regard to capacity and easy use.
- V30 plants are high capacity plants with extremely short cycle times and superior process control.
Diameters from 1.000 mm to 4.000 mm. Lengths from 1.000 mm to 24.000 mm. Standard dimensions are V10 diameter 1.800 and length 12.000 mm and V30 plants 2.600 mm and length 6.000 mm.
Daily capacities from 24 m3 to 200 m3.
