The Moldrup family has been engaged in industrial wood preservation for 2 generations in many countries on several continents. We have operated a number of production units as 100% subsidiaries and as Joint Ventures.

We are actively looking for more opportunities in wood impregnation on Joint Venture basis both in the old and the new economies.

We have a straight forward, easy-to-understand system for setting up Joint Ventures. Usually we contribute with equipment such a plants and technical know-how and a profound market knowledge. The local partner contributes land, knowledge of the local business conditions and a desire to enter into and contribute to a profitable business venture in industrial wood preservation.
