Creosote impregnation is mainly used for heady duty purposes such as railway sleepers and utility (electricity and telephone) poles.
Moldrup has generated a number of advances in modern creosote impregnation to make it more environmentally acceptable and user friendly.
2 main types of plants are offered:
- CR606 impregnation plants to operate with the newer oils at high temperatures and meet the most stringent requirements for environmental protection.
- Niels Moldrup delevoped in the 80’ the tilting autoclave where the pre-heater forms part of the single unit plant for treatment of poles with different retentions in the length of the poles.
Uniform penetration of creosote with a dry surface on the wood after the process. Low energy use.
Daily capacities from 20 m3 to 60 m3.
